Kanada Elizabeth Gorla
Artist, Transformational Change Coach & Senior Consultant. Embercombe
With a background in opera and theatre directing, the visual arts and philosophy, Kanada brings a rare combination of experience and skills to authentic leadership, emotional literacy and transformational change. She works with leaders from diverse fields — from social entrepreneurs to leadership teams of multinationals, from journalists to activists, from university students to biodynamic farmers, from reinsurance brokers to artists and musicians. Kanada loves revealing in people all that they are so that their gifts flow naturally and generously into the world. Her approach is grounded in her understanding of the transformational power of presence, and her appreciation that at the heart of any successful change initiative – whether within an individual or in a grassroots social change movement – we find personal responsibility, awareness and choice.
Some of her other passions include making art, improvisation, walking the South Devon coast, playing the harp and being with her 12-year old son as he outstrips her on skis, bikes, surfboards and well, pretty much everything.
